Who is Dietitian Sadia Ahmad?

Sadia Ahmad is a dietitian with an MPhil in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, a master's-level qualification. Her consultations focus on women living with PCOS and on how food, activity, sleep and stress fit into daily life.

Many women prefer to speak about periods, hair growth, weight and marriage or pregnancy pressure with a female dietitian. Consultations are private and are not rushed through a checklist. If you would like the full qualification details, you are welcome to ask on WhatsApp at +92 331 866 2680 and the dietitian's desk will share them.

What a dietitian does, and what she does not

A dietitian advises on food, nutrition and lifestyle. Sadia Ahmad is not a medical doctor. She does not diagnose PCOS, prescribe or change medicines, or order tests. Those decisions belong to your own doctor, and the diet and lifestyle plan you receive is meant to work alongside your medical care, not to replace it.

How she approaches PCOS

PCOS is a long-term condition that can be managed. It does not go away with one plan, and no result can be promised. Sadia's approach is to look at diet, activity, sleep and stress, because changes in these areas can help many women with weight, cycles and symptoms. Results differ for every woman.

  • She starts with your history, your symptoms and your daily routine.
  • She may ask to review recent blood tests and an ultrasound where they are relevant, for example fasting insulin, lipid profile, HbA1c, thyroid tests, DHEA-S and a pelvic ultrasound.
  • She builds food advice around Pakistani home cooking, such as roti, daal, salan, sabzi, eggs and yoghurt, so the plan can work in a shared family kitchen.

Consultations take place by video call, audio call or WhatsApp, which makes them suitable for women in Pakistan and for overseas Pakistanis.

  1. You send a short request through the form or on WhatsApp.
  2. The dietitian's desk messages you to agree a time.
  3. At the consultation, the dietitian goes through your history and any reports you have.
  4. You receive a personal diet and lifestyle plan, and follow-up on WhatsApp during the period you have agreed.

Decisions about medicines, birth control pills, insulin or metformin are for your own treating doctor. Sadia will not ask you to start, stop or change a medicine through this service. Fees are listed on the pricing page.

Questions to bring to your first consultation

It helps to arrive prepared. You may want to bring your recent reports if you have them, a list of the medicines and supplements you take, notes on your periods for the last few months, and any questions you have about food, weight or planning a pregnancy. If you are not sure what to note down, the PCOS symptom checklist can help.

For your privacy, please keep detailed medical history for the consultation itself and not the request form.

What this page is and is not

This page describes the dietitian and how consultations work. It is information and support, not a diagnosis and not a replacement for an in-person examination. If you have very heavy or prolonged bleeding, severe pelvic pain, signs of a pregnancy complication, fainting or you feel very unwell, please see a doctor or go to emergency care in person instead of contacting us on WhatsApp.

Questions about best pcos doctor in Pakistan

What are Dietitian Sadia Ahmad's qualifications?

Sadia Ahmad is a dietitian with an MPhil in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Her consultations focus on women living with PCOS. If you would like more detail about her qualifications before booking, please ask on WhatsApp and the dietitian's desk will share it with you.

Is Sadia Ahmad a medical doctor?

No. She is a dietitian. She gives food, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and she does not diagnose PCOS, prescribe medicines or order tests. Your own doctor stays in charge of diagnosis and medicines, and her advice is meant to work alongside that care.

Is the dietitian female, and are consultations private?

Yes. Sadia is a female dietitian and consultations are confidential. The request form asks only for basic details, and we ask you to keep your detailed medical history for the consultation itself. We do not make any further privacy promises beyond that.

Can I have a consultation from outside Pakistan?

Yes. Consultations are by video call, audio call or WhatsApp, so overseas Pakistani women can book as well. Fees for overseas clients are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. You can agree a convenient time on WhatsApp, allowing for the time difference.

Will the dietitian change my medicines?

No. Please keep taking your medicines as advised by your own doctor. Decisions about birth control pills, insulin, metformin or any other medicine are for the doctor treating you. Diet and lifestyle advice here is meant to work alongside your medical care, not to replace it.

Which reports should I bring?

Bring whatever recent tests you have. The dietitian may find it useful to see fasting insulin, lipid profile, HbA1c, thyroid tests, DHEA-S and a pelvic ultrasound. If you do not have them, you can still book. The dietitian will tell you which tests, if any, to discuss with your own doctor first.
